• Not returned by the Customer within the allowable return or refund period from the date of receipt;
• Not related to any Invalid Cashbacks; and
• Complies with any other requirements stated in these Terms, governing terms or policies for the Cashback Program, or communicated on the Portal periodically.

An “Invalid Cashback” includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or abnormal traffic identified by the Platform;
• Any canceled, incomplete, returned, or refunded orders;
• Use of non-permitted traffic sources, including traffic directed from networks other than Approved Networks.

Lahatin.com reserves the right to determine the percentage of Cashback awarded for each eligible purchase, and this percentage may vary at our discretion.
