The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) is the Philippine government’s regulatory agency overseeing the country’s telecommunications, broadcasting, and radiocommunication services. Established on July 23, 1979, under Executive Order No. 546, the NTC operates as an attached agency of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
